Roxanna was also featured alongside our COO, Laura Walsh, in a Hackernoon article this week, titled: “Talent for Tech? Job Tips From 5 Top Women in Tech.” The two discussed the exponentially expanding opportunities for people from all backgrounds and disciplines to carve out new careers for themselves in tech.
When asked about the best way to get a job in the tech space, Laura replied;
“Always be humble, but never a doormat. Network, network, network! And don’t burn your bridges because you never know who will have the next hot thing in tech. There is just so much going on, there’s ample space for anyone to dip a toe in and try it out.”

Hints, tips, tools and FYIs:
If you are a dedicated investor who likes to use both fundamental and technical analysis to shape your decisions, you may be interested in some additional tools to sharpen your skills. Have a look at Santiment.net, they gather information from crypto social media, including tens of thousands of messages from 1000+ channels dedicated to cryptocurrencies. This includes Telegram groups, crypto Subreddits, vetted Twitter accounts, professional trader charts and many other sources.
Their Weighted Social Sentiment metric tries to visualise the average mood of all token-related daily mentions. It’s powered by a machine learning algorithm that labels coin mentions in terms of positive, negative, or ambivalent. They also offer some other interesting tools that are worth a rummage around. We aren’t affiliated withSantiment.net, but members of the team use it, so check it out.
That’s it for what has been another busy week for the business. For news about projects we are launching on Launchpool keep an eye on our Twitter, Telegram and of course come visit us at our website and app!
