2025 And The Rise Of AI Agents
2025 has been off to an incredible start for the Crypto industry.
Major announcements, ranging from sweeping changes in crypto policies, considerations for strategic Bitcoin reserves, to huge advances in cutting-edge AI technology, have all captured the headlines. Over the past week, the AI narrative has also been a buzz over the recent release of DeepSeek-R1: the latest AI model from Chinese AI startup DeepSeek. What makes the R1's release so disruptive, is its open sourced design, impressive performance; all while using significantly fewer resources than its main competitor, ChatGPT.
Earlier in January, before all the fanfare, we covered how advances in the AI ecosystem, specifically the use of AI Agents, are poised to revolutionize the Web3 landscape by offering unprecedented decentralization and autonomy. Imagine having intelligent agents autonomously managing digital assets, optimizing decentralized finance (DeFi) portfolios, and even creating personalized content tailored to individual preferences—all while ensuring privacy and security through blockchain technology!!

Introducing Fixed Allocations On Launchpool
The New Year has brought about new changes at Launchpool!
From inception, our goal has been to lower the barriers for Web3 participation, making it easier for more people to invest in blockchain projects. We’re excited to introducing our new Fundraising Mechanism: Fixed Allocations!
In 2024, Launchpool gathered community feedback, which highlighted some key challenges, mainly:
Guaranteed Allocations were sometimes too high to fulfill completely
Acquiring and migrating $LPOOL tokens posed difficulties for many users
$LPOOL was only available on limited platforms like KuCoin and Gate.io restricting access for newcomers
Our Fixed Allocations directly address these challenges by providing a low-barrier entry point into Launchpool projects, while maintaining transparency and simplicity of our project sales.

Launchpool’s Support Ticketing System
Service To Community A Top Priority….#CommunityFirst…..Always!!
Community-driven crypto projects such as Launchpool, seek to offer every means possible in providing the best user experience for their community. One of the key areas for user experience is that of technical support. Many projects often provide technical support through emails, but as has been the norm, there are often lengthly delays in sending and receiving responses which makes this method quite unfavourable in times of emergency.
In an attempt to shorten support service delays, many projects looked at interacting directly with their communities by making use of Telegram specific support groups and support bots. Unfortunately, due to the numerous scammers lurking on Telegram, many scammers caught wind of this and by taking advantage of unsuspecting users, instances of scamming are widespread.
These scammers often hang around the community and the moment a user makes a request for assistance in the support group, they would quickly contact the user often disguising themselves as admins of the community. During their interactions with their unsuspecting victim, the scammer would request or send a link that captures the secret-recovery phrases of the user’s wallet and drain all of their funds. Sadly, many newbies have fallen for this trick.
To counteract this threat, Launchpool has devised a more robust way of solving users' queries in the form of a dedicated Discord Support Ticketing System. Such a system is rarely seen in the Crypto-Community space and makes it almost impossible to get scammed as the scammer does not know when requests for assistance are made by users.
The Launchpool Support Ticketing System is designed in such a way that only our “real” Admins are able to see and respond to a user’s issue. Creating a support ticket on the Launchpool Discord server is also quick and easy. We encourage everyone to utilize this means of technical support whenever it may be needed.
The steps for creating a Support Ticket are outlined below:
1. Join the Launchpool Discord Server
2. Go to the “Support” channel, found in the Helpdesk section of our Discord server.
3. Create a new ticket depending on the issue being experienced.
4. You may select either KYC Support, Launchpool Support, etc.
5. Our support staff are available Monday through Friday to assist you 🙏

Pump.Fun Lawsuit, Backpack Acquires FTX EU & MicroStrategy’s $2B Bitcoin Plan

In a recent turn of events, the hugely popular platform Pump.fun has been hit with a proposed class action lawsuit accusing it of selling unregistered securities and generating nearly $500 million in fees while allegedly violating U.S. securities laws.
The lawsuit also accuses Pump.fun of facilitating pump-and-dump schemes by providing the infrastructure for speculative tokens while neglecting investor protections such as know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) protocols.
These challenges, underscores the importance of using regulatory compliant launchpads such as Launchpool
🎒Backpack Acquires FTX EU 🎒
Cryptocurrency exchange Backpack has announced the acquisition of the former European division of FTX. As part of this acquisition, the company will take over the distribution of funds to FTX EU clients.
This means Backpack will be the only regulated perpetual futures provider across Europe, according to the exchange’s CEO Armani Ferrante.
💰 MicroStrategy’s $2B Bitcoin Plan 💰
MicroStrategy recently announced plans to raise $2 billion through a preferred stock offering, marking a major expansion of its Bitcoin accumulation strategy.
Not wanting to miss out, other companies have started following MicroStrategy’s lead by announcing to expand their own bitcoin holdings
